CENTER FOR FOOD ANALYSIS

ABOUT

The Center for Food Analysis (NAL) was created with the purpose of supplying the need for food quality control demanded by industries, expanding and consolidating scientific knowledge in this area and training qualified human resources. It operates in the field of physical-chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology and sensory analysis of food in order to aggregate this sphere of knowledge to the university-business-society-quality interface of LADETEC. NAL is projected in Rio de Janeiro as the only analytical and molecular nucleus of reference in the private and academic sectors, inserting qualified personnel and services for technical-scientific activities focused on food.
